What does it look like: It is Hakkasan’s perfect art to elevate an essentially simple and hearty cuisine to an exquisite lounge experience. From the torch-lit stone path set on the water leading to the entrance, to the lush greenery around the outdoor patio area, when you walk in, you will feel a very Zen feeling. The stylish and modern interior design is spongy, divided into three separate parts, each of which provides a different atmosphere, and has one thing in common-good service, wonderful cocktails and lively atmosphere, the music volume and other small things are just right. Make the overall experience very different.
The menu is varied and the choices are different. We are very greedy. For starters, we not only ordered a selection of steamed dim sum-these are pleasant little packages-and the roasted mango duck with lemon sauce (the outside is crispy and delicious, The thin strips of fresh mango go perfectly with the meat) and the protagonist of our meal, the fried soft shell crab with chili and curry leaves-delicious, juicy, and very delicious. For the main course, we chose Sanping Chicken Claypot Rice. The tender chicken fillet is served with a light sauce of green onions, sweet basil and dried chili, and it is delicious with fragrant jasmine rice. We can’t decide whether we like it better than stir-fried Wagyu Niu Cheek with Sichuan pepper, but either way, both are polished.
There is very little space for desserts. We persisted and chose to share a selection of homemade sorbets. The taste of fresh fruits was clearly visible. There was also caramel banana pavé chocolate, which provided stylish, modern and delicious tasting traditional Asian desserts.
