As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were guided to visit different live cooking stations, which allowed me to remember my choices in my heart-the Japanese cooking station and the cheese room! The restaurant is filled with the spice aroma of various cuisines. We started our meal with eggs Benedict and roasted vegetables (artichokes, mushrooms, peppers)-every bite was full of flavor-all of which was washed away by the foam naturally. Japan Station is our next stop, and we can’t wait to try sake, sushi rolls, prawn tempura, vegetables and shrimp, and teppanyaki-all of them are perfect. The Asia Station offers everything from fresh Thai salads to freshly made dim sum. Brunch also offers a selection of Mexican, Indian and traditional English barbecue stations such as roast leg of lamb, Yorkshire pudding and slow-cooked beef. My dining partner tried the lamb and was surprised by the juiciness of the lamb. I decided to go to the fresh seafood station to try steamed lobster and fresh oysters. I topped it with spicy sauce and lemon and ate it in a few minutes. For desserts, I have paid attention to Eton College-it has its own station! – I tried the lemon meringue with berries, which proved to be a fruity flavor with a hint of citrus. Although we were full, we still couldn’t resist the sticky toffee pudding, so we decided to share one-honestly, this is one of the best I have tasted.
