Because the kids like to go into the kitchen and help with everything I do, they helped me make a turkey cranberry and stuffing sandwich from this world. It includes delicious Eckrich oven-roasted turkey breast, cranberry sauce and fillings. The children had a lot of fun while layering, and might even add some additives (such as cheese and gravy!)

The combination of flavors makes it taste like HOLIDAY in your mouth. Another reason it’s great is that it can be made into a mini version of the slider as an appetizer!

How to make a turkey cranberry sandwich

It’s easy to put these sandwiches together!

bread. We chose some handmade breads because they are very soft, but want to toast the crunchiness on the bottom. For this, we spread butter and add them to the frying pan for a few minutes. Please note that any bread is suitable for this. You can use anything from leftover Thanksgiving rolls to sourdough bread. Multigrain wheat bread or croissants are particularly delicious, but you can choose the one you like best.

From there, we put all the ingredients together, including: Eckrich oven-roasted turkey breast cooked meat, olive oil mayonnaise, lettuce, cranberry sauce and fillings. Some of our kids are not big fans of fillings, so we omitted this for them and added cheese, which is a great addition. Layer as you like and enjoy this delicious mixture.
