Spinach and Artichoke Pizza-a family favorite!
Say hello again! This is Alicia from Baker upstairs, I am back with another delicious recipe to share with you!
I think if I let them, my kids would eat pizza for dinner every night. We usually try to eat pizza night at home every Saturday night. It is always fun for me to try different combinations of ingredients and flavors.
My preferred pizza dough recipe makes four pizza dough balls, which is the perfect quantity for my family and enough for us to eat leftovers. I usually make a regular cheese pizza for my particularly picky kids, but the sky of our other pizza flavors is the limit!
This artichoke pizza is the new favorite of our family, and I like that it is slightly different from the typical pizza recipe. It has a simple olive oil and garlic base instead of red pizza sauce. Next, top the pizza with chopped pickled artichokes, two kinds of cheese, and grill until crispy and cheese perfect!

Pizza tips and tricks
Ingredients: I usually Find pickled artichokes They are in the jars in the canned vegetable section of the grocery store, but I also found them in the international section of some stores.I like Grate my own mozzarella cheese So it will melt better. If you are in a hurry, pre-shredded mozzarella cheese will work great!
bake: Use one Very hot oven It is essential for the crispy crust and the most delicious melted hot cheese. Be extra careful when you put the pizza in and then take it out!I prefer to bake my pizza On a piece of parchment, On a preheated baking stone, but you can definitely bake it On a pizza platter If you like it better.
Leftovers: You can store any leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Simply place the slices in an airtight container and separate each slice with paper towels or parchment paper. To reheat, put it back in the low-temperature oven until it is fully heated, or if you are in a hurry, you can reheat it in the microwave.
Garlic and artichokes add a lot of flavor to this pizza, and the melted and slimy cheese is completely irresistible. If you like pizza as much as we do, then you definitely need to try it!
