Sweet potatoes go perfectly with all the spices, tomatoes, beans, corn and ground beef. This is a big bowl of YUM. When the outside is a little crispy and you or your family want something cozy and warm, you’ll want to try this recipe.

How to Make Sweet Potato Chili

Potato. Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Put œ cup water in a microwaveable bowl and cook for 4 minutes, until tender. Place sweet potatoes, tomatoes, ketchup, water, and all seasonings in slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
