This recipe is healthy egg muffins, also known as muffin tin eggs. This is a simple and delicious recipe, made from sausage, cheese, eggs and some spices, and baked in a muffin tin. What I like most is that they can be put together very quickly and then thrown directly into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
They can also be kept in the refrigerator for about a week and can be reheated easily. Sometimes things are crazy here in the morning, so it’s better to have something delicious and quick like this to reheat instead of a bowl of cereal (which is our typical breakfast food).
