Because I have always been a big fan of the sweet and rich combination of honey and pineapple, I added a little pineapple juice to the bag to make a delicious tropical flavored sauce.
When we were shopping at Walmart, I picked up these convenient blends/frictions. They come in three flavors: original, sweet honey and spicy Havana. As I mentioned above, you can customize them with water, juice, soda, or use it as a dry wipe-I have done all of them.
The chicken is juicy and delicious, blending perfectly with the grilled pineapple and red onion slices. Our family loves this combination! These chicken sandwiches will add a lot to our summer barbecue sauce.
Making barbecue sandwiches
I use a few tablespoons of the mixture to dry, and then grill the chicken. This is a quick and easy way to add flavor to it. Before assembling the sandwiches, I made a sauce and brushed it on the cooked chicken. This is how I did it:
Chick. Rub 2 tablespoons dry wipe on both sides of the chicken breast. Grill or cook in a greased pan until fully cooked (or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees).
Sauce. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining dry grit and pineapple juice until a thick sauce is formed. Brush generously on the cooked chicken.
gather. When assembling the sandwich, place half of the lettuce on the bottom half of the bun, then add the chicken, pineapple, red onion, remaining lettuce, and the top of the bun. Serve hot.

If there is no fresh pineapple, please look for Canned pineapple.
Try to use Hawaiian Roll Instead of traditional bread!
This recipe requires you Chop your chicken breasts. If you have never done this before, it will be very simple. Cut from the center of the chicken breast to form two larger, thinner slices. If you have one, tap the breasts a little with a meat tenderizer.
Grilled pineapple, Use grills, cast iron pans, and even Foreman George to cook the pineapple. Place the pineapple on the grill for 2-3 minutes, then rotate it 45 degrees to get a beautiful “X” mark. Bake for another 2-3 minutes. Flip to the other side and repeat. The pineapple rings on the can only take about 3 minutes per side.
Shop All remaining ingredients are separated to help keep them freshest. Reheat Separate the burgers and layer everything like a normal burger.
Whether you are Make it in advance Or you want freeze Leftovers are fine. Make sure that the raw chicken has not been frozen before. Slice, season, and freeze for later use. If you freeze the remaining chicken, let it cool and then freeze. Be sure to wrap each piece with plastic film, and then store them together in an airtight, freezer-safe container.
Raw chicken will be kept in the refrigerator for 6-9 months. The cooked chicken will be kept in the refrigerator for 3-6 months. Before cooking/heating, let the chicken thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
