Breakfast is my favorite meal, but due to time constraints, we hardly have breakfast. Yes, we are usually those who like to eat oatmeal and cold cereal, but if we do it our way, we will have enough time in the morning to make a delicious and hearty breakfast (including pancakes and breakfast casseroles) .
Having said that, we usually have breakfast at dinner at least one night a week. We recently tried a new breakfast frying pan recipe and it will definitely be added to the favorite rotation (great!) This recipe is made with a cast iron frying pan, starting from there, and finally baking eggs in the oven.

How to make eggs and potatoes
Prepare. Because this recipe ends in the oven, be sure to preheat it (to 400 degrees) before boiling the potatoes.
Potato. First, you need to use a heat-resistant cast iron frying pan. Butter this, then add cubed red potatoes. Cook these until tender. Add parsley, garlic, garlic salt and pepper.
