On Monday, November 28th, celebrity chef and owner of Rang Mahal Atul Kochhar will start an ultimate Indian food battle with the restaurant’s chef Amrish Sood.
Kochhar became famous in 2001, when his restaurant Tamarind in Mayfair became the world’s first Indian restaurant to receive a Michelin star. Since then, he has opened several restaurants around the world, wrote many cookbooks, and is a frequent guest on British TV cooking shows.
Guests participating in the event will have the opportunity to talk to the two chefs and learn about the dishes, drinks and snacks they will try before dinner. Then, the diners will try the dishes prepared by the two chefs, and then vote for their favorite dishes for each dish, and the winner will be announced at the end of the evening.
