As the undisputed trendsetter and innovator, PLAY has been leading the way, bringing international avant-garde cuisine with a touch of mystery to Dubai. What started as a collective in Dubai took the dining luxury concept to the next level and quickly expanded into a regional and international phenomenon in the fine dining world.
With its stunning art deco and balcony dining area resembling a theatre balcony, PLAY perfectly embodies the height of stunning luxury. The most unique, vibrant and dazzling array of celebrated cuisines, top-notch entertainment and delightful signature blends embody PLAY’s various hues.
The menu features a selection of sushi including king crab legs, avocado, sakura mix, “Alaska King Crab Roll” with lemon and blue flowers, “Silver Rock Lobster Roll” with rock lobster and silver leaves, and “Gold Ribbon” Digger roll with salmon belly, 24k gold, avocado, asparagus, spicy mayo and tobiko.
For starters, the menu includes eye-catching dishes such as “Better Than Shrimp” with Atlantic Carabiner, Eggplant with their signature “Almost Mexican” sauce, “Mountain Gold” with PĂ©rigord Truffles, Griddle Ruyère cheese and aged balsamic vinegar, “sparkling flakes” with burrata cheese, passion fruit, Hokkaido squash and 22k gold, vegan box-out “beeets by PLAY” with organic beetroot, pickled cucumbers, lime and cilantro ice .
Entrees include a selection of delicacies such as the excellent wild mushroom risotto done at the table with giant wheels of Parmesan cheese, Pacific yellowtail with oven-roasted baccarat, aioli and tomato sugo, and steak and lobster with Kagoshima garlic Butter lobster and crispy leeks, and “Gift from the Pyrenees” with lamb chops, eggplant, potato mix, tomato and lemon juice.
Desserts are equally distinctive, including delicate treats such as “Black Forest Rain” with mangali, Morello cherries and almonds, “Play with Truffles” with guanaja, ivory and truffles, and lavish “Golden Tickets” including luxurious Candy and Emperor Caviar.
