My favorite salad is their Luau salad (not currently on their menu). This is a layered salad with a tropical flavor that will make you feel like you are on vacation on an island in Hawaii.
I remade this delicious salad and even added some extras to make it better than the cheesecake factory favorite! Macadamia also adds an amazing texture and is a good tropical supplement.
One of my favorite salad parts is the big wontons. It is difficult for me to find wonton wrappers, so I use wonton sticks instead. They are easy to find in the salad ingredients section of the grocery store and have the same flavor as the original large portions.
