Carnival Windmill perfect party appetizer

It is always fun to mix up the lunch menu by adding some interesting and delicious items. My kids love ham and cheese rolls, but these carnival style windmills are just as delicious!
Not only are they super fun to eat, but they are also easy to make. They can be easily made in advance for a quick lunch or afternoon snack. They are also the perfect finger food for party appetizers.
They are creamy and full of flavor in such a small bite. You can easily add a bit of shredded chicken to make them more delicious.
Only 20 minutes of preparation time
These carnival windmills do need some cooling time, but it only takes about 20 minutes!
