What does it look like: I look forward to trying the new menu at this elegant restaurant, which is an exquisite alternative to the casual sidewalk cafe style restaurant at JBR Walk. A sparkling crystal wall welcomes you at the entrance, and the purple-themed decoration scheme creates a chic modern environment.
Their new menu includes a range of common dishes, from appetizers to pizza, and is very easy to navigate. However, if nothing attracts your attention, don’t be afraid, because the chef likes to walk out of the kitchen from time to time and discuss with the guests what non-menu items he can come up with based on the food available in the kitchen that day. However, we found a lot of things in the menu that interest us. After canceling the delicious pumpkin soup as an appetizer, I chose Angus beef carpaccio with quail eggs, truffle oil and parmesan biscuits on top ——The delicious adventure of taste and texture. My partner’s hearty broad bean soup, topped with pecorino cheese and sour cream, is completely different in experience, but equally delicious. Later I ate a lovely mint-flavored cleanser. I chose the crispy Atlantic salmon recommended by the chef, with pureed cauliflower and baby vegetables on the side, as the main dish-the fish was cooked perfectly, the inside was pink, and the outside was Crunchy. My partner could not resist the temptation of the sparkling artificial wood-burning pizza oven behind the bar, and decided to choose the traditional tomato, mozzarella cheese, truffle aroma and porcini mushroom toppings. On the thin shell, any Italian mother would like it. Feel proud. Highly recommend tiramisu, because the chef remade the authentic tiramisu here-it did not disappoint, the fluffy mascarpone cheese and coffee bring a subtle excitement. The only bright spot on my radar is the service. Although very thoughtful, the service is very slow.
