Every week, I’ll share with you a free meal plan that includes 5 dinner ideas (Monday-Thursday plus a weekend meal), 2 side dishes, and 1 dessert!
This includes a grocery list with every ingredient needed for all items in the meal plan.
This is to help simplify menu planning, shopping and cooking, making it easier for you to dine with your family throughout the week!
Tips of the week
Feeling a little intimidated by grilled steak? do not want! Here are some tips:
- Start with a clean grill and add a little vegetable or olive oil to the grill before heating.
- Let the steak come to room temperature before placing it on the grill.
- Flip the steak only once.
- Let the meat rest after removing it from the grill. The steak will continue to cook for a while and the juices will spread.
do not forget! Cook the steak to your liking.
- rare: 120 degrees Fahrenheit
- Medium Rare: 130 degrees Fahrenheit
- Moderate: 140 degrees Fahrenheit
- Nakai: 150 degrees Fahrenheit

Meal Plan Benefits
There’s nothing worse than fear when family members ask, “What’s for dinner?” And your answer is “I don’t know”. A week meal plan eliminates that completely, and it’s the number one benefit in my book!

This is a delicious summer drink to pair with any or all entrees on this week’s menu!
Whether you want a side dish or an appetizer, this restaurant has style Fried Zucchini Is a family favorite. Deep fried to perfection, this dish is simply addictive, especially dipped in ranch and marinara!
It’s a perfect pairing with pesto chicken meatballs or steak. Serve it anytime!
