Toshi theme night, Grand Millennium Dubai, Barsha Heights

Sponsor: Millennium Hotel Dubai is located in the lively Barsha Heights neighborhood, adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road, with convenient transportation. This luxurious hotel has many vibrant venues, offering unmissable dining and nightlife experiences.

One of the destinations in the hotel is Toshi, which is the pinnacle of Pan-Asian cuisine, offering five Asian cuisines under one roof. We headed to an elegant and modern restaurant and took a culinary journey in Thailand, Malaysia, China, Indonesia and Japan in the form of Toshi themed nights.

The Toshi theme night features the best and freshest ingredients selected by the culinary team every day, offering a rich variety of food choices, and on Wednesday, we can’t wait to see what Toshi’s Thai Night has prepared for us.

Emphasize:

We strongly recommend that you take a walk around the sumptuous buffet to understand the supply that night. This is because Toshi’s Theme Nights has a wide variety of snacks, a richer main course, comforting classics, and even a live cooking station.

My dining partner chose a large glass of iced ginger ale as a start, and I chose a large bowl of hot Tom Yum Goong soup. The hot and sour bowl of delicious prawns filled with prawns will definitely delight seafood lovers. If chicken is your protein choice, choose a comfortable bowl of clear chicken soup.

Spoiled, we reached out for shrimp biscuits, assorted dim sum, potato chips and shrimp balls. These dishes are sure to make the children happy. The delicious barbecued pork is a soft, juicy and perfectly cooked dish. We know we have a good start.

Taking a break from the hot part, we decided to visit the vast and impressive sushi and sashimi station. You will want to try every dish, we definitely recommend you to try it. Plates filled with tuna, beef tataki and kimchi, seafood and delicious cucumber salad, we walked to our table; before returning to California rolls, Ebi tempura and Futomaki rolls, spicy tuna and salmon maki rolls, and steamed shrimp and mussels ; Followed by cuttlefish, Hamel, tuna and salmon sashimi, served with wasabi, pickled ginger, soy sauce, chili sauce, etc.

Fresh, buttery and lush, we polished every bit of food on the plate. And this is only half of the dishes offered at the buffet.

After a short respite, we came to the live part and showed a series of ingredients in various marinades. Choose a plate and the meat or seafood you want to try and give it to the kitchen staff. In a few minutes, you can look forward to freshly grilled juicy squid skewers, mackerel skewers, ham skewers, salmon skewers, finger lady skewers , Mussel skewers, sea bass, red mullet, prawns, beef and chicken.

On the main course, the counter offers eggplant with sweet chili sauce, the beloved Peking duck, Thai prawn pads, steamed rice and fragrant creamy coconut curry green chicken-all the must-try dishes when dining here.

Every hearty meal needs a great dessert to end, and this is what Toshi’s Theme Nights provides. On the table is a plate of fresh fruits, including strawberries, dragon fruit, kiwi, gooseberries, pineapple, watermelon and melon. The selection also includes a range of cakes such as crumbled apples, orange and chocolate, red velvet and vanilla; and desserts such as chocolate mousse and mango mousse. The concept of selection and choice puts a perfect end to a good night.
