MINA Brasserie has added new members to the extraordinary menu, representing the culinary integrity of award-winning celebrity chef Michael Mina and the best performance of the exquisite creation and experimental cooking of talented chef Rami Nasser.

When we learned that the restaurant had recently launched a series of new dishes, we sat down and were very excited that night. We can’t wait to try it.

Emphasize:

The menu includes bistro-style dishes, divided into six sections-raw plates, hot and cold appetizers, salads, main dishes, wood-grilled steaks and side dishes. It does not include innovative drinks and dessert menus (see below for more details).

After a quick chat with our server, he pointed out the new content and we are ready to enjoy the gourmet experience. A bite of truffle cream, toasted bread and raw ricotta with honey, provides a spectacular start to the meal.

The foie gras torch is as smooth as butter and melts in the mouth. The delicacy decorated with pink pepper is perfectly matched with the fig chutney on the brioche bread slices. Our second choice included a plate of 1/2 Maine lobster ice cubes, served with cocktail sauce and hot sauce. With the slightly sweet and juicy seafood dishes, our first course is over.

After browsing the innovative and artistic beverage menu, we decided to try the Melting Watch (Salvador Dali) inspired by some of the most iconic works of art, which contains pandan, coconut, and sour The aromas of orange, demerara sugar and pineapple, with printed edible rice paper; and The Scream (created by Edvard Munch) is infused with spices, cocoa and coffee, making caffeine popular.

The main dishes are very rich, and each is as rich as ever. We finally chose the recently added asparagus and habanero grilled shrimp; there are also wild mushroom veal steak, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The juicy prawns are cooked to perfection and have a subtle spice flavor, which I like very much. The generous portion of veal marinated in soft and tender yogurt was the most memorable dish of the evening. Expect the rich bites to make you want more.

What is worth mentioning is the slightly burnt Brussels sprouts recommended by the staff, with green apple shavings and sweet warm seasoning. This is a party for our taste.

We sipped the golden Kiss (Gustav Klimt) mixed with bananas; and the girl with pearl earrings (Johannes Vermeer), including ylang-ylang, aloe, Passionflower, elderflower, and even a delicate pearl, combine beer together.

Now that we are full, we decided to order cherries to share. Presented in the style, shape and form of cherries, with chocolate stalks, impressive desserts include cherry-flavored gelatin coating and chocolate mousse with decayed inside; another bite reveals chocolate brownies, morelo cherries, and chocolate chips And a scoop of silky vanilla ice cream.
