One of our favorite places to eat in Disneyland is Big Thunder Ranch. This is an outdoor barbecue restaurant that serves all their family-style food-from barbecue ribs and chicken to cornbread, and our favorite side dish, coleslaw! As you can see, my son is very fascinated by this place.

But back to the coleslaw. It has crispy cabbage and carrots, and a sweet vinaigrette sauce, which gets better in the refrigerator. Definitely a favorite!

Making coleslaw
