- 6 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped

- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, chopped and divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic and parmesan cheese. Add cream cheese and half of mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Using a rolling pin, place the dough on a cutting board and gently stretch it into an 8 x 12 rectangle. Cut the dough into 2 inch squares, so you have 24 squares in total.
