Other cooking methods + storage

Air fryer. You can cook chicken rolls in the air fryer, but the basket of the air fryer is not very large, and you have to fry the chicken in batches. Line the bottom of the basket with foil to prevent any filling from dripping out.

Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray aluminum foil and place the chicken in a single layer in the basket. Make sure that the chicken is not touching. Fry for 12 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Add the sauce and cheese and fry for another 3-4 minutes. enjoy!

Leftovers. Put leftovers in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.

Can I freeze Parmesan stuffed chicken? You can definitely freeze the bundle for later use. Follow the recipe instructions to assemble the chicken bundle. You can freeze them raw or bake them first. In either case, place these packages in a freezer-safe 9×13 baking pan.

If you are pre-bake them, bake them for 30 minutes and then cool. Cover raw or grilled chicken with plastic. Pour your favorite sauce into a separate freezer safety bag. Place the bag in the baking tray and place it on the plastic wrap. Wrap the entire pan with aluminum foil. Label and freeze for up to 3 months.

Reheat: When ready, thaw in the refrigerator. Remove the sauce bag and all packaging materials. If raw and roasted at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

If you have grilled it before, you only need to grill it long enough to heat up the chicken; about 15-20 minutes. Add the sauce and cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until the sauce is hot and the cheese is melted.

We like this very much and it will definitely enter the regular meal rotation! !
