Who else loves cheesecake? !
I’m always looking for a good cheesecake recipe! This one happens to be no bake and filled with chocolate – perfect for Valentine’s Day. What treats have you prepared for Valentine’s Day? We usually make sugar cookies, but last year I surprised my husband with his favorite white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. This is a huge hit! This year I want to come up with something simpler and less time-consuming.
These no-bake cheesecakes are just that! They came together in about 15 minutes and the hardest part was waiting for them to “set” in the fridge????. I used brownie bits for the base, however if you have chocolate chip cookie crumbs you can use that too! You can pipe the filling in or spoon it in, it’s totally up to you.
After the cheesecake has cooled for an hour, put the strawberries in, top with whipped cream and you’ve got a decadent little treat everyone will love! These delicious no-bake strawberry nut cheesecakes are perfect for this time of year.

Recipe Tips + Variations
To use a Ziploc bag instead of a piping kit:
- Fill gallon sized Ziploc bags with filler/cream.
- Cut off a bottom corner. (The farther away from the snipped corner, the larger the pipe.)
- Twist the top of the Ziploc around the top of the filler
- Hold the twisted part tight and squeeze the filling lightly. The filling/cream will come out right away.
To make this dessert easier, you can use store bought chocolate cake and Ready-made cool whip.
The simplicity of strawberries suits my taste, but you can too add other fruit Too. Raspberries, bananas, blueberries are all delicious ideas.
Toggle Brownie Base With any of these crushed ingredients:
- graham crackers
- Vanilla Wafers
- Chocolate Chip Cookies
Make this dessert ahead of time:
I don’t recommend making this dessert ahead of time because of the strawberries, but you can make them the night before and store them covered in the fridge.
If you want to prepare them earlier than me To store ingredients separately:
- set off heavy cream and store it in a container in the refrigerator
- wash and dry Strawberry, but do not cut before assembling
- bake brownie and cover them at room temperature
- Cream cheese and Peanut Butter Mix. Store in refrigerator.
