Summer is about simple, cool recipes. Living in Arizona, we are always looking for delicious desserts that are fast, don’t need to heat the kitchen, and are nice and cool.

Today’s recipe meets this requirement, and it is also very delicious-don’t bake Oreo cheesecake! !

Since I can remember, my husband has always been a cheesecake fan, so he is very happy that we can make it on the last recipe photo shoot day. Things started to heat up that day, so it’s great to make a food that doesn’t need to be baked.

And because it includes Oreos, everyone’s favorite cookie, the hospitality becomes even better.

Put it together in 15 minutes!

We like this Oreo cheesecake that can be put together quickly. It does need to be refrigerated for several hours, but it is too quick to make!

Oreopi. Use a rolling pin or a food processor to crush all the Oreos in a large Ziploc bag (reserve the ⅓ crumbs into the cheesecake and sprinkle on top). Mix with butter and press on the bottom of a 13×9 inch pan. Set aside.

cheesecake. Use a blender to whisk the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until combined. Add the whipped cream and some spare chopped cookies. The spoon is on the crust. There are remaining cookies on the top.

chill. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until hardened.

Tip:

  • If the Oreo biscuits are cut too finely when mixed into the cheesecake, the color may show a gray tint.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so that it mixes smoothly without lumps.
  • Be sure to fold when the recipe requires it. Don’t over mix.

Keep cold

How long can I sit without baking cheesecake? You can leave it at room temperature for 2-3 hours before you need to put it back in the refrigerator for setting up.

How long can cheesecake be stored in the refrigerator?? Cover the cheesecake with plastic and store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Can’t bake cheesecake frozen? Yes, you can definitely freeze this cheesecake for later use. You can freeze whole or cut into thin slices. Either way, wrap it tightly in a plastic bag first, and then wrap it in aluminum foil. Label and store for 4-6 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving. Please note that the biscuits will become soft, so please prepare a new package so that you can add new crumbs on it when you eat it.

For everyone who likes cheesecake and Oreos (or just delicious, cool desserts), please try them and let us know what you think. I think even children will love its benefits! !

We have decided to try the grasshopper version next time and add some mint flavor. 😉
