Recipes for busy people (yes, you)

I came to the conclusion that there is no busy time of the year. If it’s not school and sports, it’s summer vacation, if it’s not summer, it’s vacation, if not, it’s the hustle and bustle of daily life! ! Am I the only one? !

Because life is too busy, when I don’t have the time or energy to cook, I need a quick recipe on hand. And I don’t speak as fast as 3-minute ramen…I speak fast, but still full and satisfying. This is where the cheese ravioli baking comes in.

My family loves pasta (and cheese of course), so I know they will love this recipe. It only takes a few minutes to assemble, but the result is delicious! ! Even my husband and I couldn’t help but grab the second.

Only 4 ingredients!

It looks and tastes like some kind of exquisite casserole/spaghetti roast, but I will tell you a secret…this thing does have 4 ingredients in it.

  • Chilled wonton
  • Spaghetti sauce (anything you like)
  • Basil
  • Mozzarella cheese

Simply cook the ravioli, mix it with the sauce and basil, put it in a casserole, top with cheese and bake for 12 minutes. It’s not a joke! You can become a dinner hero in less than 20 minutes.

Variation and storage techniques

ravioli. I used beef ravioli for this recipe, but you can also easily use cheese ravioli or vegetarian ravioli.

Noodle sauce. There are many delicious pre-made sauces that you can buy at the grocery store. If you want to make your own sauce, you can use the sauce in our pasta recipe.

Plug-in. You can easily add vegetables such as spinach and chopped peppers to change the taste. You can also add red pepper flakes to taste.

Storage: Baked ravioli can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. This means you can assemble it a day or two in advance, bake it, and store any leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

This dish is also a great frozen meal. In fact, you can even make two or three at a time, freeze them in a disposable casserole jar, and save a few minutes on the road!

  1. You need to cook the pasta slightly to prevent it from becoming mushy when thawed.
  2. Add the pasta to the sauce.Let it cool and sprinkle on the cheese
  3. Cover the pan with plastic wrap, and then cover with aluminum foil. Label and freeze for up to 3 months.
  4. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then bake as directed until hot and foamy.

If you like the quick and easy dinner recipes on hand like me, I suggest you give it a try. It’s delicious, and with your favorite pasta sauce, ravioli and lots of cheese, you really can’t go wrong!
