I am a big fan of any lemon and I am very excited about the results of these cookies. For those who like lemons, they are the perfect biscuits. With such soft cookies and delicious lemon frosting, it’s hard not to love them.

One thing I like about these cookies is that you don’t have to roll them out with a rolling pin. No, it’s not troublesome at all. Just roll them into a ball and place them on a cookie sheet lined with grease or silicone.

How to make lemon sugar cookies
