Lemon Lasagna aka Lemon Lush (+Video)
This sweet lemon lasagna consists of 4 delicious layers, including lemon oreo peel, cream cheese layer, lemon pudding layer and whipped cream! So creamy and refreshing-you can’t get enough!
My white chocolate lasagna is a popular recipe to start it all. Since then, I have made this lemon lasagna and even pumpkin lasagna! I think I have to try more flavors because everyone loves these layered desserts!
It has many names
You may have heard of “Lemon Lush” or even “Lemon Delight”, and now you are reading “Lemon Lasagna”.
guess what? They are all the same recipe name-delicious layered lemon lasagna (try to say three times faster!).
It is one of those “layered” foods (hence we call it lemon lasagna), with so many delicious flavors. It is based on lemon Oreo, then a layer of cream cheese, a layer of lemon pudding, and finally a layer of cool whip noodles.
Put a fresh lemon on it and you will get good reviews from everyone. This recipe does not require baking and is especially perfect in warmer months because it is a cool recipe.

- When making the crust, leave the Oreo filling in the Oreo. This helps keep the crumbs together.

- 14.3 oz package Lemon Oreo – or Golden Oreo about 36 cookies
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 8 ounces PHILADELPHIA cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces of cool whip, or you can make your own cream
- 7.8 ounces lemon instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Lemons for garnish
First crush your Oreo. For very fine mixtures, place Oreos in a food processor. Put it in a zipper bag and add melted butter. Mix until fully mixed.
Press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan and unfold to cover the entire bottom of the pan.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, margarine/butter, powdered sugar and ½ cold whip. Stir well and pour on the lemon oreo peel.
In another bowl, add milk and instant pudding to the bowl to make the pudding. Stir together until the pudding thickens. Pour on the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.
Finish with the remaining Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Add lemon slices and enjoy!
