This sweet lemon lasagna consists of 4 delicious layers, including lemon oreo peel, cream cheese layer, lemon pudding layer and whipped cream! So creamy and refreshing-you can’t get enough!

My white chocolate lasagna is a popular recipe to start it all. Since then, I have made this lemon lasagna and even pumpkin lasagna! I think I have to try more flavors because everyone loves these layered desserts!

It has many names

You may have heard of “Lemon Lush” or even “Lemon Delight”, and now you are reading “Lemon Lasagna”.

guess what? They are all the same recipe name-delicious layered lemon lasagna (try to say three times faster!).

It is one of those “layered” foods (hence we call it lemon lasagna), with so many delicious flavors. It is based on lemon Oreo, then a layer of cream cheese, a layer of lemon pudding, and finally a layer of cool whip noodles.

Put a fresh lemon on it and you will get good reviews from everyone. This recipe does not require baking and is especially perfect in warmer months because it is a cool recipe.

Tips + toppings

Tip. To ensure that your layered desserts are perfectly presented, please keep these tips in mind.

  • When making the crust, leave the Oreo filling in the Oreo. This helps keep the crumbs together.
  • If you try to use dairy-free or lactose-free milk, the pudding will not coagulate.

Toppings. Here are some optional ingredients for lemon lasagna:

  • Walnut
  • Chopped pecans
  • Strawberry
  • Crushed Oreo
  • Toasted coconut
  • almond slices

  • Pistachio pudding with chocolate Oreo. There are mini chocolate chips on top.

It will be fine in a day or two!

The great thing about this recipe is It can be stored well in the refrigerator or freezer, and the leftovers taste great. Just cover your pan with a lid or plastic film and store it in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. If you put it in the refrigerator, it will keep for about a week.

Make the recipe ahead of time And store it in the refrigerator for a day before serving, which is very suitable for this recipe. In fact, giving it extra time always helps to set more layers.

If you just want to make the pudding layer in advance and store it in the refrigerator for a day, you can do that too. It gives the pudding extra time to solidify and cool.

Although this lasagna recipe is particularly suitable for spring and summer, we like to make it all year round, but that’s because Arizona is warm all year round. 😉We really like it, hope you like it too!
