Have you tried honey butter before? ! Some restaurants serve it with their rolls, let me tell you, it’s good. As if butter itself is not good enough, the sweetness of honey complements the saltiness of bread.
The good news is that you can actually make this novelty at home. Even better, it only requires two ingredients (I will let you guess what these two ingredients might be 😉).
Basically no problem! ! You only need to mix some butter with a little honey, and in less than a few minutes, you have a delicious spread that can go with your bread, biscuits, cornbread, pancakes and whatever you want!
Of course, the ratio of butter to honey is perfect, so please read on. 🙂
How to make honey butter
Just mix! All you have to do is to mix the butter and honey in a mixing bowl. Always make sure to use the correct ratio!
Make sure you have enough time for the butter to heat up to spread. If you forget to take out the butter, you can use the microwave, but be very careful, otherwise you will get soup. Some microwave ovens have a softening function, which can easily soften butter.
butter: It must be at room temperature for smooth fermentation. We used unsalted butter in this recipe, but you can use salted butter if you want. Just adjust the amount of salt you add. The better the quality of the butter, the better the final product will be. Do not use margarine.
Salt: Assuming you use unsalted butter, start with the recommended amount of salt. Make a little bit, taste it, and add more if you like. If you beat with salted butter, then add salt, a little at a time, until you achieve the flavor you want.
Tips for Homemade Honey Butter
