I always crave a delicious salad. They’re light, refreshing, and can take on a variety of flavors.
I love having fresh dressings and balsamic vinegar on hand, or at least the ingredients that need to be stirred for them! That way, when the craving hits, I’m ready.
This dressing is light and delicious. Cilantro and lime work perfectly together for a bright and sweet flavor. Mix up this fresh dressing in minutes and you’re ready to go to salad heaven. Enjoy it as a vinaigrette, or add avocado or Greek yogurt to make it smooth!
