Caesar Salad Cups are a quick, easy, and delicious side dish or appetizer. They’re mini salads in a cup, perfect for parties and gatherings!

I love salads!

I don’t like it just because it’s generally healthier than other options on restaurant menus, but I love the flavor and how easy it can be to vary with toppings and dressings.

One of my favorite salads is a Caesar salad. It always tastes so good to me, and when I order it, I’m usually not disappointed.

I wanted to make an appetizer version of my favorite salad and came up with these Caesar Salad Cups with Wontons. They’re quick to make and perfect for snacking.

I thought it would be fun to change it up and use different salad toppings, but this Caesar version is amazing!

Prepare. Preheat oven to 350.

Wanton. Place wonton wrappers in muffin tins and spray with olive oil. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Do it in advance: You can make wonton cups, salads, and dressings ahead of time and store them separately until you’re ready to assemble them. They can be assembled 2 hours before serving – just keep them in the fridge.
