My husband and children love pizza, so I thought it would be fun to make a heart-shaped pizza for them on the 14th. They like it! ! We had a lot of fun while making this, and it’s more fun to eat. Making a heart-shaped pizza
Dough. To make this Valentine’s Day pizza, we started with homemade pizza dough balls (our recipe is very simple and foolproof)! You can use store-bought dough to simplify things even further.
I rolled the dough into a heart shape on a lightly floured surface, then turned the edges over to form a crust. Brush with olive oil, then place the crust on it with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming.
Blind roast and topping. We then “blindly grilled” the crust to make it firmer, then sprinkled it with pizza sauce (we have great red and white sauces), mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and pepperoni.
I asked one of my children to cut out my heart and he had a great time!
Bake it again. Return to the oven and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the pepperoni is crispy. If needed, remove from the oven and top with fresh parsley or basil. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

- 2 tablespoons.Olive oil, divided use
- 30 pepperoni

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line the pizza pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Fold each pepperoni in half and cut into a heart shape with kitchen scissors. Place it on a dish lined with paper towels and put it on a microwave oven on high heat for 15 seconds. Wipe off excess grease and set aside.
Lightly dust the surface with flour and roll the dough into a heart shape, about 16 inches high. Fold the edges and press down to create the shell.
Transfer the pizza dough to the prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, then place the crust on it with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming.
Bake in the oven for 6 minutes. Remove and spread the sauce on top, then add cheese and pepperoni.
