  • 1 1/2 c raw orzo pasta
  • 6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 c cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 c grated feta cheese
  • 2 ounces black olives, drained
