How to Make Greek Orzo Salad

Orzo Salad
- 1 1/2 c raw orzo pasta
- 6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/2 c cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 medium cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 c grated feta cheese
- 2 ounces black olives, drained

- 3/4 c olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
