Every week, I’ll share with you a free meal plan that includes 5 dinner ideas (Monday-Thursday plus a weekend meal), 2 side dishes, and 1 dessert!

This includes a grocery list with every ingredient needed for all items in the meal plan.

This is to help simplify menu planning, shopping and cooking, making it easier for you to dine with your family throughout the week!

Tips of the week

Many people love savory salsa, but have you ever had a sweet salsa? ! The strawberry salad in this week’s meal plan can be served with chicken burritos or with homemade cinnamon chips!

Other ways to serve salsa are with tacos or on grilled chicken or fish. Other fruity salsa you might want to try are our Mango Salsa and our Peach Salsa!

While you’re shopping for asparagus to make this pasta, you can buy an extra bunch for roasted asparagus later in the week to serve with Dr. Pepper Ribs!

Favorite Eggs and Potatoes

Delicious eggs and potatoes are made in a pan and done in the oven. This delicious breakfast recipe is perfect for any morning or special day.

If you want a delicious side to your eggs and potatoes, add bacon to your shopping list this week and make it in the oven! Or, for a sweet side, try some fresh fruit in an easy fruit salad!

Vegetarian Panini

Even without meat, this vegetarian panini is a delicious hot sandwich with cheese, tomato, avocado, spinach, and more.

We love serving these with fruit or a tasty salad.

Dr Pepper Ribs

Ribs cooked with Dr. Pepper, grilled to perfection, and coated with BBQ sauce. These Dr Pepper Ribs are delicious falling off the bone!

Baked beans (one of the side dishes of the week) are a must for these ribs! Alternatively, you can add an extra bunch of asparagus to your shopping list and make some delicious roasted or oven-roasted asparagus.
