This is a sponsored post written on behalf of Flatout® Flatbread. As always, all opinions are 100% of my own.

If you need a light and simple meal, try the BLT package or the turkey bacon ranch package! Using Flatout Light Original Flatbreads, these burritos have less than 400 calories and are recognized by weight watchers!

Flat Pack-Approved by Weight Watchers!

Whether you are on a diet or not, you will feel better when you eat better. This fact is an undeniable fact! So recently we have been focusing on eating better. The good news is that there are some recipes that can give you the best of both worlds-healthy and delicious/filling (for all our healthy recipes, please click here).

These packages made with Flatout Flatbreads are one of these recipes. We ended up using Flatout’s Light Original Flatbreads to make two slightly different versions.

Flatbread

Flatout Light Original Flatbreads have only 90 calories each, and they are rich in protein and fiber. Flatout® Flatbread is the official pie of Weight Watchers® and the only pie they recognize! Flatout has always been tasteful, but low in carbohydrates and sugars. So whether you want to eat healthy, or just come up with new delicious recipes for your family, all Flatout Flatbreads are simple solutions for making quick, easy and delicious meals.

The benefit of these packages is that even if you don’t pay attention to weight watchers, you can still feel good about eating food with low SmartPoints (because it means you are making better choices). There is nothing better than eating delicious food that is low in calories and makes you feel good! !

We keep the cheese to a minimum by using the minimum amount of mayonnaise and seasoning, and add vegetables and protein to make them lighter. Both packagings are very good and simple enough to carry with you!

BLT package – 6 points – 230 calories

Bacon, lettuce, and tomato are our favorite flavor combinations! I know these packages will not be any different. They only took a few minutes to prepare (after the initial washing and chopping of the vegetables), and the whole family loved it!

Turkey Bacon Ranch Burrito – 7 points – 360 calories

The turkey roll is very similar to the BLT version, but with some additional ingredients. Once again, we only used a small amount of ranch seasoning, added extra protein (turkey and nonfat turkey bacon), and added fresh vegetables. It only adds 360 calories! ! I was shocked that something so light is still so delicious and fulfilling. But now it is one of my favorite lunch recipes.

Can these packages be made in advance?

If you eat parcels for lunch, I won’t be earlier that morning. Otherwise, the ingredients may get wet.

One technique I use to speed up the assembly process is to chop up all the vegetables and cooked bacon and place them in separate containers in the refrigerator. Then I used up all of them in the next few days, took them out and wrapped them up quickly, because all the preparations have been completed!

Are there alternatives to mayonnaise and ranch?

The recipe has requested a light version, but you can use any spread or seasoning you like. If you prefer to use non-fat Greek yogurt, that is also an option. You can even mix a mixture of Greek yogurt and ranch dressing to create a skim homemade ranch.
