Easy Turkey Pie Recipe
Our favorite turkey pie is both homey and delicious. The super easy crust is made with cookie mix and is a recipe the whole family will love!
Turkey Pot Pie is a delicious vegetarian dinner perfect for using up that delicious turkey. We also love using the leftover goodies to fill up turkey noodle soup or make turkey cranberry sandwiches!

After a big holiday dinner (because let’s face it, what other time of year do we make a turkey), we tend to have a Ziploc full of leftovers. It doesn’t bother me at all now because I have so many ways to use up these delicious things!
I mean I just spent hours cooking the turkey and of course I’ll run out of it. While turkey sandwiches are popular, it’s also fun to make some dinner recipes.
One of our favorites is turkey pie. It’s warm and homey, and it’s delicious. The kids’ favorite part is the cookie topping! I must admit I love it too. Here’s a quick and easy way to do it all. Ok! !

Prepare. Preheat oven to 350.
Turkey. In a 2-quart casserole dish (or 10-inch pie pan), place half of the turkey, followed by the eggs, carrots, and corn. Top with remaining turkey.
Sauce. In a medium bowl, combine chicken stock, chicken stock, salt and pepper. Stir well. Pour on your layer.
biscuits. In a separate bowl, whisk together cookie mixture and milk. Pour over casserole.
bake. Drizzle the top with melted butter and bake for 35 minutes. Serve hot. Please enjoy!
Variety
My family loves the toppings I use in pies and I always share what I love with you. However, if the ingredients here aren’t your favorite, you can easily replace them with other vegetables. Make sure the totals add up to 1.5 cups, and they’re all cut into roughly the same size. Some alternative ingredients you might want to try include:
- onion
- green beans
- Potato
- pea
- celery
- mushroom
