A delicious and cool layered dessert with a cookie bottom, cream cheese layer and pudding layer, all topped with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips. Everyone loves Cookie Delight!

I have shared similar layered desserts before, such as Blueberry Delight and Brownie Delight, but now I present Cookie Delight! This is everything you like about chocolate chip cookies, covered with cream cheese, pudding and whipped cream.

Delicious layered biscuit dessert

Today I have prepared another delicious dessert for you. You know I like layered desserts, and today’s Cookie Delight happens to be one of them.

This time, there is a biscuit base, a cream cheese layer, and a pudding layer, with cool whips and mini chocolate chips on top.

Yes, it’s decadent, but it’s delicious! The kids say (in their words) “Awesome!!” My husband and I agree, so if you like chocolate and you like cool food, then you will like this recipe. 😉

How to make cookies happy

Prepare. Soften the cookie dough on the counter (dough at room temperature will spread more easily). Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Now it’s time to layer!

cookies. When the dough becomes soft, spread it lightly in a greased 9×13 baking pan. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown.

(notes: I use refrigerated cookie dough to save time. However, you can definitely use your favorite homemade cookie dough recipe, or try the dough from our favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe here. )

Cream cheese. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold up half of the cool whip. Once your biscuit base has completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture.

chocolate pudding. In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate and white chocolate pudding with cold milk. Stir together until smooth. Let stand for about 2 minutes. Spread the pudding mixture on the cream cheese layer.

chill. Refrigerate until ready to eat (or at least 30 minutes).

Top and service. Before serving, spread the remaining cold whip on top and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Please enjoy!

How to store

This Cookie Delight dessert is well preserved in the refrigerator. Just cover the pot with plastic wrap, and it can be stored for 3-5 days.

you can also Freeze this dessert for later use. Cover with plastic wrap and then with aluminum foil. Label and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving. Please note that the cream cheese layer may have a different texture.
