For many years, we have been looking for desserts suitable for family gatherings. It may be a long list now, but today’s chocolate chip cookie bar aka “Pan Chewies” recipe is one of them.

We have decided that you really can’t beat chocolate bar cookies because they are so simple and we have been making them.

These biscuit sticks are faster and easier than biscuits, but they taste just as good and are best eaten hot. We often serve them ice cream, and I can say with certainty that everyone in the family likes them.

How to make cookie bars

Only a few ingredients and steps are needed to make this chocolate chip cookie bar. The following are the required ingredients:

  • butter
  • brown sugar
  • Egg
  • vanilla
  • flour
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • Salt
  • Chocolate Chips

With these ingredients, they can be combined in just a few minutes. First heat the butter in a microwave oven in a microwave-safe bowl. calm down.

Add brown sugar, vanilla and egg, and mix well. Add the remaining dry ingredients, mix with a wooden spoon, and pour into a 9Ă—9 oil pan.
