Every Friday night is pizza night, so we usually pick up or make pizza in the evening. We used to take out often, but recently discovered a homemade pizza dough recipe that changed our pizza game.

With this recipe and the recipe for the perfect sauce (red and white), we have been making pizza as if no one was in business.

One of our favorite homemade pizzas is the white pizza (aka Alfredo Pizza). Have you tried it before? It’s great, it’s so delicious! ! We love some of our typical red sauce pizzas, but we think our Alfredo sauce is to die for! !

How to make Alfredo Pizza

Although it is easy to make recipes using store-bought pizza dough, homemade pizza dough is our favorite! ! Our recipe is very simple, about 4 crusts can be made. We like to make these early in the day, so we can add pizza and toppings at night.

Our white sauce is also very simple, so we recommend it to everyone. Once it’s done, the rest of the pizza is easy!

  1. Premium pizza with white sauce.
  2. Add cheese and toppings (we use chopped spinach and diced chicken, but bacon and/or tomatoes are also good!)
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Note: If you make fresh pizza dough, cook it at 500 degrees for 5 minutes, then sprinkle the sauce and ingredients on it, and bake it for another 8-10 minutes. 😉
