We love the Mexican food at this house. When it comes to dim sum time, we often gravitate towards that dish because it’s quick and easy, and it’s so good! Favorite snack is everything you can dip. We love both sweet and savory dips.
The recipe I’m sharing today is Cheesy Black Bean Dip. Like I said, we’re big ladlers in the family, so the kids are happy to have a tasty and portable snack.
Perfect for an adventure in the park, or as an afternoon snack. It would also be great for any party or celebration. It’s easy to make and ends up being cheesy and delicious.
Black Bean Dip
Prepare. Preheat oven to 325.
combine. Combine black beans, sour cream, cream cheese, green chiles, and salsa in a food processor until smooth. Add 1 cup cheese and pour into baking dish.
