These classic biscuits are filled with M&Ms and placed on top of them, making them our top choice along with our classic chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies!

Family favorite M and M biscuits

Our family is obsessed with biscuits! This week’s M and M cookie recipes are easy and fun! It is always the favorite of children even adults! ! The advantage of this recipe is that it is fast and the cookies are always soft. 🙂

We have always liked the M&M biscuits at home, and children like that they can add M&MS to them before baking to help. I like that it is a combination of biscuits and candies, what’s not to like? !

For this recipe, we modified our classic chocolate chip cookies, took out the chocolate chips, and topped them with crushed M&Ms and candies. The result is soft and chewy candy biscuits, perfect for adults and children.

How to make M&M cookies

As we mentioned, these fudge biscuits are very simple and only take 10 minutes to enter the oven.

To make these cookies, gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter, oil, and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.

Add the remaining ingredients except the entire M&Ms. Mix until combined, then scoop onto the greased biscuit slices.

Put 4-5 M&Ms on top and bake for about 8 minutes.

We like to enjoy these warm environments, but their room temperature is also very good. Candies are the perfect addition to make these biscuits irresistible.

Recipe tips + frequently asked questions

Can you freeze M&M biscuits? Of course! You can use a cookie scoop to freeze (defrost completely before baking) or whole cookies. If wrapped in plastic wrap and stored in a freezer-safe bag, they will be stored in your refrigerator for 3-4 months.

How to store it? Put it in an airtight container and leave it on the counter for 3-4 days (although we suspect they will last that long!)

What is the best way to crush M&Ms? We use a nut chopper, but you can also add them to a zipper bag and crush them with the bottom of the cup. How many crushed M&Ms you include is up to you. 😉

Can you use this to make a bar? Indeed, you can! We have a few recipes on the website, and this is how we do it. Be sure to check these posts for the cookies/cake bars with M&Ms on them.

M&M biscuit variant

We love that you can color coordinate them according to the colors of the M&Ms you use (for example, the Christmas version below) and events (we know that M&Ms are now available in various colors, which makes it even better)! Some of our favorite M&Ms used in desserts include:

  • Classic M&Ms
  • Peanut Butter M&Ms
  • Mini M&M
  • White Chocolate M&Ms
  • Mint M&Ms

Using these different M&Ms will change the color but also the taste. For peanut butter M&Ms, we often add peanut butter chips. We like to add toffee, white chocolate chips and white chocolate candies when using mini M&Ms, and even Andean peppermint chips and mints.

There are many great ways to make and change this delicious cookie! My husband likes white chocolate more than ordinary chocolate, so I also made a white chocolate chip M&M biscuit version, adding 1 cup of white chocolate chips and white chocolate M&Ms on top-easy! ! !

We hope you enjoy these soft and chewy cookies as much as we do. 😉
