The weather here is finally getting warmer, which means summer is almost here! While I love to bake year round, sometimes it gets so hot that turning on the oven means our air conditioner never turns off! That’s where this easy no-bake fridge cake comes in. It’s kind of magical! It’s like a mashup between cheesecake, tiramisu, and no-bake cream pie. Let me tell you, it tastes heavenly!

I absolutely love this dessert (except it’s loaded with fresh berries) and you can whip it up in minutes and It just needs a few ingredients. My kids love to help me assemble it, I think it only took us 15 minutes. The hardest part is letting it cool in the fridge so the graham crackers soften a bit. I know it might sound weird, but over time they became tender and cake-like.

Easy Freezer Cake

Top with a final layer of graham crackers and spread the reserved whipped cream on top. Put the last cup of berries on top.
