The downside to this delicious snack is the calories. These simple indulgences seem high in the category.
So if you’re watching your calories and still want to indulge, you’re going to need to take notes. Trust me, these are so easy to make yourself!
In just a few minutes, you can bake your own nachos and sit back with stacks of crunchy delicacies. Since we bake these instead of frying, you save those calories, maybe for a bowl of bean paste? !
How to Baked Nachos
Prepare. Preheat oven to 350°F.
cut. Cut each tortilla into 6 triangular wedges.
spray. Arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a cooling rack on top of the baking sheet. Spray or brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
bake. Bake for about 6 minutes, then use tongs to flip the wedges over – spray again with olive oil spray, sprinkle with salt, and bake for about 6 minutes more.
season and service. Sprinkle with more salt before serving.
Recipe Tips
seasoning: One of the advantages of making nachos at home is that you have more control over the finished product. If you like less salt, just add a pinch. If you really like salty chips, add a regular sprinkle. You can also use other seasonings, such as garlic salt, lemon salt, or paprika.
Baking Notes: The thickness and size of the tortilla will affect the baking time. Watch carefully and adjust baking time as needed.

Serve with favorite salsa and dips:
Storage: Baked nachos can easily keep for 3-4 days in an airtight container. They can also be eaten afterwards, you may just notice them getting a little stale. If the chips start to soften, simply put them back in the 375°F oven until crispy again.
