Easter Brunch Tips
what is a good time for brunch? Brunch usually starts between 9 am and 10 am. Once you get to 11am, you can skip the “br” and just serve lunch. Also, brunch is great for a buffet-style buffet.
Prepare in advance: Unlike hosting a dinner party, brunch means you don’t have a whole day to prepare. Getting things done ahead of time will make mornings go much better.
- Get your grocery shopping done early. Not only will you beat the crowd, but you won’t risk a store running out of stock.
- clean the house
- Decorate and set up the table
- prepare any food
menu:
- Plan your menu a week or two in advance. This will help you when you’re out shopping and when people ask to bring food. You’ll know exactly which items you want to offer and how they can help.
- It includes sweet and savory items, as well as hot and cold items.
- Incorporate advance items into the menu. See individual posts for details.
- Don’t hesitate to ask guests to bring dishes, especially hot ones. Decentralizing hot dishes means you can serve more hot dishes with less work.
