This week, the acclaimed Lebanese-Australian chef Greg Malouf will set off a storm at Intersect by Lexus. He will take over the restaurant and open an exclusive three-day pop-up kitchen. Malouf was awarded a Michelin star at Petersham Nurseries Café in the United Kingdom and is currently writing his eighth cookbook. He will prepare a delicious four-course Middle Eastern themed menu for diners from October 11th to 13th. The menu is 350 dirhams and the pairing wine is 600 dirhams per person.
