Easy Fettuccine Alfredo-15 minutes production (+VIDEO)

Making Alfredo vermicelli is easy and quick in just 15 minutes! The family’s favorite recipes include spaghetti, garlic, parmesan cheese and whipped cream, which will surely be the first choice for dinner!

This classic dinner is quick and perfect for picky eaters! Add some chicken to make it more delicious or suitable for the crowd. Our Alfredo casserole is also a must. You can never go wrong with this simple meal!

Fast + simple = win!

Fettuccine Alfredo happens to be one of the recipes that everyone has a version of. It also happens to be one of my kids’ favorite dinner recipes.

My kids love chicken, but sometimes they are picky when chicken is mixed together (ridiculous, I know) so I thought I would make this simple fettuccine without it (despite grilled chicken or parmesan with this Italian dish) Noodle match will be great).

This recipe is the best and ended up with a delicious Alfredo sauce that everyone loves. Did I mention that it can be completed in about 15-20 minutes? Fast and simple-one of my favorite meals!

The kids love it!

Kids love this easy spaghetti recipe, and so do we. In addition to chicken, we also like to add grilled vegetables (asparagus and broccoli are a great match). We also like to add shredded cheese to make it more cheesy. It really is the best!

What we like most about this recipe is how simple and fast it is. I always try to keep these ingredients on hand so that I can make this when I don’t have dinner ideas-and it’s delicious! ! Our favorite part is the sauce!

The sauce only takes a few minutes to make, so once your noodles are cooked and ready, you just need to mix the two together. We like to season with garlic salt and pepper. We also added dried parsley on top.

As we mentioned, this can also be topped with chicken, which is simple and delicious.

Delicious homemade sauce

To make this homemade Alfredo sauce recipe, you only need a few ingredients, including:

  • butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Whipped cream
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Garlic pepper and salt

Cook. The sauce is made by melting butter and adding minced garlic. Let it cook for about a minute, then add light cream.

simmer. Bring it to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese. The sauce will thicken. Then add the noodles and season with garlic pepper and salt.

How to thicken Alfredo sauce? We usually add a little more Parmesan cheese to solve this problem, but you can also add flour. To make it thicker and tacky, you can also add ½ – 1 cup of shredded Parmesan or mozzarella before serving.

What to do without cream? If you want a lighter Alfredo vermicelli, you can use heavy cream instead. Some good heavy cream substitutes are milk, half and half, Greek yogurt, or cream cheese.

Store, reheat + freeze

How long can Alfredo keep in the refrigerator? When you are ready to store the spaghetti in the refrigerator, put it in an airtight container. For best results and taste quality, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

It’s a bit tricky, but it’s best to heat it slowly over a low heat. Low and slow on the stove. This will help prevent the sauce from separating. Be sure to keep stirring to keep the sauce together. You can even add a little more cream to make it fresher.

Can it be frozen? In my personal opinion, I will not freeze leftover Fettuccine Alfredo. For the best flavor and quality, it should be consumed immediately.

If you need to make this recipe in advance, you can freeze the Alfredo sauce and the pasta separately. Then defrost it when you are ready to eat it. Make fresh pasta with frozen Alfredo sauce.

Definitely one of our favorite dinner recipes, and we hope you like it as much as we do! !
