These cheesecake brownies take it to the next level, with layers of delicious cream cheese and white chocolate sandwiched between two rich brownies.

There are many ways to add something extra to your chocolate cake! This cream cheese version is delicious, but you also need to try Oreo brownies, S’mores brownies and cookie dough brownies.

Cream Cheese Brownie

Who likes brownies? ! When the company came over, chocolate flavour was one of my “preferred” desserts, so I like to have several different brownie recipes on hand.

When my family saw the recipe for cheesecake brownies (aka cream cheese brownies), they decided to give it a try. Let’s say I’m glad they did it because this recipe is great! ! Let me tell you why…

  1. The brownie itself is delicious!
  2. The cheesecake layer in the middle means you can’t go wrong!
  3. The white chocolate chips in the cheesecake layer make them even better!

Look! You really can’t go wrong with this recipe. Compared to boxed chocolate cakes, there are more steps, but I promise they won’t disappoint. If you are looking for a way to enhance an already delicious dessert, I definitely recommend you to try this recipe!

How to make cheesecake brownies

Preheat the oven to 350.

Cream cheese mixture. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ÂĽ cup sugar and 1 egg, and beat until smooth. Add 1 cup of white chocolate chips and mix well. Set aside.

Brownie batter. On the stove, fill the pan with water and bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat and place a heat-resistant mixing bowl on the water. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and milk chocolate chips; stir until it has just melted and mixed together. Add the remaining ½ cup sugar and 2 eggs.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into your chocolate mixture until well combined.

Floor. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9Ă—9 baking pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the chocolate layer. There is the remaining chocolate mixture on top. Spin the top chocolate layer into the cream cheese to make a marble pattern.

bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is wrinkled and the center is cooked. calm down. Please enjoy!

Baking time reminder: The worst thing is to expect delicious hospitality, but the result is far from the expected result. Unfortunately, it is difficult to pinpoint exactly why a recipe is effective for one person but not for another. Here are some of the more common tips to keep in mind when baking:

  • Glass pans and dark metal pans take longer to bake.
  • Use a pan size that is different from the recommended size. Smaller pans require additional baking time. Larger pans require less baking time.
  • Make your own adjustments to the ingredients. Baking is a science, and any changes to the recipe may lead to unexpected results.
  • Altitude and weather will affect baked goods.
  • Toothpick test: Don’t wait until the toothpick comes out to clean it. This means that your brownie is already cooked. When stuck in the center, there should be some debris on the toothpick.
  • Let the chocolate cake cool and set. The brownie will continue to bake out of the oven, and solidify after cooling.

Can I use the boxed mixture? The cheesecake layer works best with the homemade chocolate cake listed in the recipe, but you can use the boxed chocolate cake mix. You will get a different texture, but it will still be delicious. In addition, I recommend finding a chocolate cake mix baked in a 9X9 pan.

Cheesecake brownies tips and tricks

Add more flavor: I usually make these brownies as written, but you can change them by adding other flavors to the recipe.

  • Top brownie cake with caramel or chocolate
  • Add chopped nuts, chocolate chips (milk or white chocolate) or chopped Oreos on top before baking
  • To make them minty: Use green food coloring in the cream cheese mixture, add ½ teaspoon of mint extract to the chocolate cake mixture, top with chopped Andean mint, and bake.
  • Peanut Butter: Add ÂĽ-½ cup of peanut butter to the cream cheese layer and top with chopped Reese cups or peanut butter slices before baking.

Storage: Brownies are usually stored well, and these are no exception. Store the chocolate cake in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. You can wrap the entire block or individual parts. Wrap it with plastic film and then wrap it with aluminum foil, or put the wrapped pieces in the refrigerator Ziploc.

Hmm-yes… the cheesecake brownie (aka cream cheese brownie) is delicious! I admit that I usually serve ice cream with traditional brownie cakes, but these guys are great on their own! ! Do we all agree that everything is better with cream cheese? !
