Fried rice is one of my go-to recipes. Our homebrew version is. die. for. My family keeps asking me to make dinner. This cauliflower rice version is just as delicious and has veggies in it to make it even healthier! Perfect for all your New Year’s resolutions, eat light and add more veggies.

One of the best things about this dish is how many veggies are in it – carrots, peas, cauliflower and green onions.

You can buy cauliflower rice at a store that’s already made for you, or you can make it yourself. It’s really simple. Try our cauliflower rice recipe before you make this fried rice!

How to Make Cauliflower Fried Rice

pea. Add frozen peas and water to a small pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cook the peas for about 5 minutes or until they are tender. Drain the peas and discard the excess water.

pork. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil to a wok or large skillet. Heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add pork cubes and cook 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
