Plancha. Once they have been marinated long enough, throw them on the grill and cook them to your liking.

Tips for Steak BBQ:

  • Start with a clean grill and add a little vegetable oil or olive oil to the grate before heating.
  • Let the steaks reach room temperature before placing them on the grill.
  • Turn the steak only once.
  • After removing the meat from the grill, let the meat rest. The steak will continue to cook a bit and the juice will come out.

How to tell if the steak is cooked: For steaks 1.5 inches or thicker, use a thermometer. First scorch them with high heat, then move them to the part set to low heat to finish cooking.

  • Rare: 120°F
  • Moderately rare: 130°F
  • Medium: 140°F

For thinner steaks, use a timer and cook at high heat
