Breaded pork chops-our favorite!

I don’t think I always love them, but over the years I love them more and more. In the past we usually fry or cook them on the stove, but there is a new favorite recipe for pork chops with parmesan, which is the best (the same recipe can even be made with chicken!)

The spices and Parmesan cheese wrapped in these boneless pork loins add so much flavor, making them the best way to enjoy pork chops. Like I mentioned, they are so simple and so good, it’s hard not to love them. We like to eat them with mashed potatoes or vegetables, and list this recipe in the menu plan at least once a month.

How to cook pork chops

As you can imagine, there are many ways to cook pork chops. From grilling to frying, to roasting, to putting them in a slow cooker, the possibilities and varieties are endless.

Stir-fry in oil pan. We usually like to fry pork tenderloin by heating oil in a large cast iron frying pan and heating it to heat. From there, we usually add spices and seasonings to our ribs and then put them in oil until they are golden brown on each side. We usually cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until the juice is clear.

notes: Although the thickness and internal temperature of the pork chops are included, some factors must be considered. To ensure that the pork tenderloin is cooked to the right temperature, we use a meat thermometer to ensure that the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

How to grill pork chops

Stir-fry and roast. Although we usually fry pork chops, this particular recipe requires frying and baking. Stir-fry the spices and cheese into the pork chops for a richer taste. You can finish the pork tenderloin by continuing to fry a little longer, but we throw them in the oven to make sure they are cooked to the perfect internal temperature-145 degrees.

Don’t fry. If you want to make grilled boneless pork chops without frying, we can do this…

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (180 degrees Celsius). Place the pigs in the roasting pan. Spread 1 teaspoon of butter and any spices on each pork chop. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the ribs reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius).

What to do with leftovers

Reheat. Discharge the cooked pigs into airtight bags or airtight containers. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. To reheat, you can use a microwave oven or cook on a low fire in the oven. In this case, we usually recommend adding some liquid to ensure that the ribs do not dry out. We will add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each rib in the baking pan.

freezing. Just use a freezer safety bag or wrap it tightly in aluminum foil and store it in the refrigerator. If stored properly, they can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 months.
