Snickers sweet and delicious

I love Snickers and I was super excited when my SIL made some for a family gathering. Husband is even more excited! He said they were just the right amount of sweetness.
Well, I asked her if she would like to share the recipe and she would love to do so. I hope you like them as much as we do, they look delicious don’t they? !
They were thick and chewy with just the right amount of crunch. The secret ingredient in snickerdoodles is cream of tartar, which acts as a leavening agent in the cookies, helping them rise and giving them a very unique flavor. By the way, I love the taste!
Making Snickers
Prepare. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 9Ă—13 baking pan. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. shelved.
batter. Beat butter in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in sugar. Gradually beat eggs and vanilla until combined on low speed. Add dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Floor. Spoon ½ of the batter into the pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture (1TB each) evenly over the batter. Spoon the remaining batter evenly over the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
bake. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
glaze. In a small bowl whisk the glaze ingredients (1 cup powdered sugar, 1-2 TB milk, ½ teaspoon vanilla) until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle at the bar. enjoy!
