make eggs

This scrambled egg recipe serves 6-8 people.

egg mixture. Start by breaking 12 eggs into a large bowl. Then, add heavy cream (our favorite secret recipe) and whisk everything together until combined. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add the butter to melt. Reduce heat to low and add egg and heavy cream mixture.

Cook. Use a rubber spatula to slowly start cooking the eggs. One of our favorite tips is to make sure to stir the eggs in small circles as they cook on low heat. Cook for a shorter time if you want your eggs to be creamy and longer if you want them to be fluffy.

notes: If you don’t like them dry, don’t overcook! Watch the eggs and keep stirring to avoid overcooking or burning. Season with salt, pepper and cheese (optional) at the end!
