We like to eat a good sugar cookie at home. This recipe is one of our favorites. They are very soft and delicious. The taste of almonds really takes things to a whole new level of deliciousness. Although we do like simple frosted biscuits, they are fun to mix…especially around the holidays.

Children love to make crafts, and it would be better if this crafts happens to be edible! ! We set aside time for creation every holiday month. This is one of the highlights of our celebration together.

How to make Turkish Japanese sugar cookies

Prepare. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Dough. Add butter, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and almonds to a large bowl. Use a hand blender or kitchen utensils to mix them together until they become fluffy. In a separate bowl, sift together the dry ingredients-flour, baking powder and salt. After mixing, the dry ingredients are added to the sugar mixture. Mix until a soft dough is formed.
